What this app is
Water Tanker Booking puts households and businesses in touch with local water tanker operators and keeps track of the order. It does not own tankers, employ drivers, or deliver water. The delivery is between you and the operator you choose.
Price and payment
The price shown when you order is the price you pay, in Pakistani Rupees, in cash to the driver after your tank is filled. It includes a Rs 50 platform fee. Nothing is charged to a card and nothing is taken in advance. If the water is not delivered, you owe nothing.
For tanker operators
Operators owe the app Rs 100 for each completed delivery: Rs 50 added to the customer’s bill and Rs 50 out of the water price. Fees are settled with the app directly. An operator whose unpaid fees reach the agreed limit stops receiving new orders until the balance is cleared and an unlock code is issued. Deliveries already accepted are unaffected.
What is expected
- Give a real address and a working mobile number.
- Be there, or have someone there, when the tanker arrives.
- Operators: deliver the quantity and quality ordered.
- Do not use the app to harass anyone or to place false orders.
Ratings
Ratings and comments are the customer’s own opinion of a delivery that happened. Comments that are abusive, or that are not about a delivery, may be removed.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. An account may be closed if it is used to defraud customers or operators. You can close your own account at any time — see Delete your account.
Where the app falls short
The app is provided as it is. Delivery times are estimates given by the operator, not promises made by the app. Water quality is the operator’s responsibility. Complaints about a delivery should be raised with the operator first; support will help if that goes nowhere.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and the app says so when they do.
